On KNX projects the owner receives the full ETS project file.

We review the drawings at project stage and flag conduits, back boxes, boards and rack space before the budget is closed.

Every scene, circuit and remote access is tested in the home before it is handed over.

A selling point buyers can check

KNX and Control4 in one app and, on KNX projects, the ETS file for the owner: something a buyer can verify.

Support after handover

Remote support where the system allows it and visits when needed. Updates are tested on site before we leave.

We join at whatever stage the project is

On a new build we start from the drawings; on a full refurbishment we start from what is already there. On developments with several homes, we agree one system standard with you and adapt it when a buyer asks for more.
