Areas of Marbella
Each part of Marbella has its own kind of home and its own technical challenges. We work across the municipality from our base in Estepona, Costa del Sol.
Golden Mile
Between Puerto Banús and the town centre, the Golden Mile mixes beachside villas with houses from different decades, many renovated more than once. Layers of technology from different eras are common; the answer is usually an audit and one unified system, KNX for the infrastructure and Control4 as the interface.
Sierra Blanca
Above the Golden Mile on the slopes of La Concha, Sierra Blanca is a gated community of large hillside villas, many contemporary with extensive glazing facing the sea. Solar control by façade, lighting that does not turn the glass into a mirror at night and climate by level matter most here.
Cascada de Camoján
East of Sierra Blanca, Cascada de Camoján is a compact gated enclave with controlled access and no through traffic, where established villas sit alongside new builds. Many 2000s homes have proprietary control systems of their time; we audit them and explain whether to recover the programming or migrate to KNX and Control4 using the existing wiring.
Nueva Andalucía
The golf valley next to Puerto Banús brings together villas, townhouses and luxury apartments with a strong outdoor life. Outdoor multi-room audio, garden lighting scenes and a network that works outside are the most common requests.
San Pedro de Alcántara
Between Nueva Andalucía and Guadalmina, San Pedro combines family villas and new builds with renovations of homes that already have automation. Free plan review at design stage; for existing systems, an audit before any proposal.
Existing systems, anywhere in Marbella
If your villa has a system nobody looks after, we take it over: KNX and Control4, and Crestron, RTI and Savant systems, which we programme and maintain.

Both: new builds and renovations, and we also take over, reprogramme and upgrade existing systems.

We are based in Estepona and work across the Costa del Sol: Marbella, Benahavís, Estepona, Sotogrande and Gibraltar.
Do you support the system after installation?
Yes. We programme and support the systems we install, with long-term support and updates whenever you need them.
Do you work in Sierra Blanca and on the Golden Mile?
Yes. We work across Marbella from our base in Estepona, including the Golden Mile, Sierra Blanca, Cascada de Camoján, Nueva Andalucía and San Pedro. In gated communities, visits are arranged in advance.
