Estepona is where Touch and Control is based, and where much of our day-to-day work happens. Being local means we can visit the property, meet the architect on site or look at a system without it turning into a day trip, and the people who designed and programmed your system are close by when you need them.
We design and install complete smart home systems for villas, apartments and renovations in Estepona and across the Costa del Sol: KNX for lighting, blinds and climate, Control4 for one interface for audio, video and the rest of the home, or both together. Our own team carries out the electrical installation, writes the programming and supports it afterwards. Are you based in Estepona?
Yes. Touch and Control is based in Estepona, on the Costa del Sol. We do not have an office open to visitors, so we meet you at the property, on site or by video call.
Which areas do you cover from Estepona?

Do you work on new builds or only on existing homes?
Both. We work on new builds and full renovations from the design stage, and we take over, reprogramme and upgrade existing systems.
KNX or Control4: which suits my home?
They often work together: KNX for lighting, blinds and climate wired into the building, and Control4 for one interface for audio, video and the rest of the home. We recommend the combination that fits the property and your budget.
When should we involve you in a new build?
As early as possible, ideally while the plans are being drawn. Keypads, speakers, cable routes and the equipment rack are far easier to get right before walls and ceilings are closed.
Can you take over a system another company installed?
Yes. We start with an audit of what is installed, then recover or rebuild the programming and update it, keeping the equipment that is still sound.
