A large villa has hundreds of circuits and scenes. If nobody understands its programming, the house stops doing what you ask.
That is why our own team writes it, led by Morris, a programmer, and on KNX projects we hand over the full ETS file. And if your current system was installed by another company, we take that over too.
Large villas on large plots
Benahavís climbs from the coast towards the Serranía de Ronda: golf communities such as Los Arqueros, Los Flamingos, La Quinta or Monte Mayor, hillside villas in El Madroñal and large private estates. What they have in common is scale: several floors, terraces, pool, guest house and garage, sometimes separated by long stretches of garden. That changes the technical design: long cable runs, a network that has to reach the whole plot, exterior lighting that is part of the architecture, and a climate that, at altitude, is hot in summer and cool in winter.

Villas in La Zagaleta: coordination, scale and discretion
La Zagaleta is a private residential estate within the municipality of Benahavís, with controlled access, very large villas on very large plots and its own rules for projects and works. The estate also has its own technical standards and services for owners.

An outside integrator fits in there when the coordination is right: with the architect, with the interior designer and with the estate's technical and access requirements. We propose KNX for the home's infrastructure and Control4 as one interface for audio, video, cinema and security, with networks sized for several buildings on the same plot. If your villa already has a system that needs attention, we audit it and take it over, including Crestron, RTI or Savant: systems we programme and maintain.

Usually both: KNX for the wired infrastructure of lighting, blinds and climate on every floor, and Control4 as one interface for audio, video, cinema and security. We decide with you, based on the house.
When should we involve you in the build?
At design stage, when the plan review is free. On a hillside, planning runs between floors and buildings, the equipment cabinet and exterior conduits before works start avoids chasing walls and compromises later.
