Do you work in Sotogrande even though you are based in Estepona?
Yes. Sotogrande, in the municipality of San Roque (Cádiz), is on the same coast and is one of the areas we work in. We plan site visits in advance and, where the system allows it, handle adjustments remotely.
Can you manage the house remotely when we are not in Sotogrande?
Yes, if the property has a stable internet connection and the system allows it. You control climate, lights, blinds and cameras from your phone, and we can review and adjust the programming remotely.

When should we involve you in a new build or renovation?
As early as possible, ideally while the drawings are still in design, when the plan review is free. Keypads, speakers, screens, cable routes and the equipment cabinet are far easier to get right before walls and ceilings are closed.

We choose speakers, TVs, cameras and enclosures suited to outdoor and marine environments, and install them protected. Awnings and blinds have wind sensors integrated into KNX that retract them automatically even when nobody is home.
